国际青年委员会介绍

国际青年委员会是新中经贸科技文教交流协会下属的专项聚焦全球30岁以下青年才俊，并促进全球范围最有前途和创新性的年轻创业者之间的沟通、资源共享和网络建立；现任主席张泽国先生，副主席RAFAEL OLIVEIRA。

国际青年委员会功能

张泽国先生积极参与和支持东南亚创业生态系统，并在全球建立30岁以下精英青年的社交网络。其任主席的BM国际青年精英协会作为全球精英青年的桥梁，为知名企业和精英青年在追求最佳链接时面临的重大挑战提供变革性倡议，确保年轻企业家和精英青年都能更轻松、更高效地开展职业旅程，让更多的精英人才与令人向往的机会之间的桥梁变得更加可及，培育了一个为有抱负的精英青年更快速、无缝实现愿景的创业环境。

• 与银行代表合作，为两位高净值客户创建定制投资组合，管理1200万美元的资产，包括房地产、股票和固定收益。

• 为CENTRIGO团队提出了一个微型融资创业项目的提案，并展示出了扎实的知识和演讲技巧，得到了行业内专业人士的积极反馈。

IE年度E3创业Turbo赢家，其设计的AI项目“LandIt”：设计了一个利用人工智能进行招聘流程革新的平台，能进行实时面试、分析简历，并给出申请者量身定制的反馈。与团队一同获得第一名，并成为巴塞罗那决赛选手，向投资者推介创业创意。（西班牙马德里/巴塞罗那 - 2023年3月）
• 财务加速器（摩根士丹利）：参加了一项密集的资产管理和投资银行模拟比赛，在买方角色中获得了第四名，初始资金回报率为6%。（西班牙马德里 - 2023年2月）
• 投资银行技术：获得了城市投资培训颁发的投资银行课程证书，并在财务建模方面获得宝贵技能。（西班牙马德里 - 2023年3月）
• 志愿工作：领导一个由5人组成的团队，制定方法并确定实现交付目标的目标，每周向贫困人士提供食物包（新加坡 - 2019年）。
• Husk社会项目：协助建造了30多座房屋，并为当地人提供了教育活动（柬埔寨Krong Siem Reap - 2019年3月）。

• Developed and presented a pitch for a mirco-financing venture Project to CENTRIGO team, showcasing strong

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Winner of IE Annual E3 Startup Turbo with our AI Project ‘LandIt’: Designed a platform revolutionizing
recruitment process with use of AI capable of conducting live interviews, analyzing CVs, and giving applicanttailored feedback. Achieved 1st Place alongside reaching a finalist position in Barcelona and pitched startup
idea to investors. (Madrid / Barcelona, Spain – March 2023)
• Finance Accelerator (Morgan Stanley): Competed in an intensive asset management and investment
banking simulation gaining insights of major roles in industry and securing 4th place in buy side with a 6%
return on initial capital. (Madrid, Spain - February 2023).
• Investment Banking Technicals: Awarded an investment banking course certificate by City Investment
Training and developed valuable skills in financial modelling. (Madrid, Spain - March 2023).
• Volunteer Work: Led a team of 5 individuals to create methods & identify goals to accomplish delivery
